A BOUNTIFUL PATH COURSE
A five-lesson reflective course
There is a moment when the life we have been living and the life we want to be living stop matching up. We notice it before we can name it. A low restlessness on a Tuesday afternoon. A creative project we cannot think our way back into. A season we have outgrown but have not put down. This course is for that moment.
This course is for the moments most people don't talk about. The Tuesday afternoon when the wrong thing feels off. The week the project will not move. The season we know is ending even when we cannot name what comes next.
A few specific places it has been useful:
The physician at a crossroads, wondering what the second half of the work could be.
The parent at the end of a long season, with the days quieter than expected.
The writer or maker stuck inside the part of a project they cannot think their way through.
Anyone carrying a change that has not yet found its name.
Lesson 1. The Invitation. Why a lopsided life is the rule, not a failure. What the brain does when we name what we are carrying (Lieberman, Pennebaker). One central question to sit with, not solve.
Lesson 2. The Common Blockers. Three patterns that hold us in place: the Myth of Readiness, the Fear of Being Seen, the Weight of the Shoulds. Why resistance is nervous-system protection.
Lesson 3. The Season You're In. Seven seasons as a vocabulary: Planting, Blooming, Harvesting, Pruning, Resting, Return, Waiting. The Season Wheel and Seasonal Self-Scan as ways to name your current phase.
Lesson 4. Reclaiming Your Creative Spark. Creativity as a vital sign, not a luxury. The Tiny Habits formula (BJ Fogg): after I X, I will Y. Examples that fit a real day.
Lesson 5. The Gentle Beginning. Three things to carry forward: one word, one intention, one small step. The Life Tending Card holds the work. Why small rituals stick where overhauls do not.
